Role Summary

Role Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B account management or customer success.
- Commercially minded, with experience of owning and delivering against targets.
- Able to build engaging proposals.
- Experience in dealing with both small and large businesses across different roles.
- Apt communication skills.
- A thorough understanding of complex, technical information.
- Innovative problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Interest in food sustainability and carbon accounting.
- Familiarity with Hubspot for Deal management and Monday.com for project management is a plus.

The Role Foodsteps is hiring a commercially-minded Customer Success Manager to act as the main contact across our key client accounts. We’re looking for perceptive candidates who will be responsible for building strategic account plans, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying growth opportunities. Central to success in this role is communication; with clients and with the team at Foodsteps, to ensure quality and trusting relationships. We’re looking for motivated candidates with great people skills, commercial aptitude and attention to detail.
Job Requirements Must haves: 5+ years experience in B2B account management or customer success, commercially minded, with experience of owning and delivering against renewal and expansion targets, able to build engaging proposals responding to customer needs and identifying future opportunities, experience dealing with a range of customer types, from small to large businesses, and from C Suite to operational roles, a people person, with great communication skills, and able to build strong relationships with customers, ability to communicate complex, technical information in an easy-to-understand way, creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, strong project management and organisational skills, interest in food sustainability and carbon accounting, collaborative and creative working style, comfortable working with data. Nice to haves: Confidence in understanding and communicating food sustainability concepts, experience working in a tech or data company, experience working in the food sector, proficient in using Hubspot for Deal management, knowledge of Monday.com for project management.
