Information about the position
As the Workplace Experience team, we create diverse work area selections where Vinted employees can choose the most suitable working approach for their needs. It could be a workplace in the office, office cafeteria, lounge, remote workplace at home, or coworking in other remote areas.
We support hybrid working model approaches by integrating necessary tools or infrastructure solutions to create opportunities for people to feel productive and connected.
We are looking for a Workplace Experience Manager who would work on-site at the new Kaunas office. Since Kaunas is a new location for Vinted, we are looking for a true office soul who would work on-site with most tasks related to office facilities & household management, overall onsite employee experience, and would contribute to global projects for operational process improvements.

In this position, you’ll
- Will be running day-to-day office operations, managing a household, negotiating and maintaining partnerships with service vendors, solving location-relevant facilities problems, seeking and assuring its quality;
- Actively communicating with all Vinted employees both verbally and in written format (in English);
- Be a first point of contact for Kaunas employees, and guests on-site, as well as managing online requests;
- Ensuring that Kaunas office facilities meet government regulations, environmental, health, and security standards;
- Partnering, negotiating, and problem-solving with building and facilities owners;
- Contributing, providing input, owning implementation stage at co-owned projects within the global Workplace Experience Team, such as seating plans, local events and initiatives, catering, online support management, etc.;
- Gathering and processing workplace data, providing summaries from it in an effective manner;
- Contributing to annual facilities budget creation, maintaining its assigned areas, and monitoring expenses;
- Onboarding company new joiners with essential in-office procedures in a welcoming and culturally aligned manner.
- Collaboration and alignment with various workplace team stakeholders, such as Finance, People, Legal, Infosec, IT, etc., are vital for ensuring the workplace experience strategy is well-integrated with other organizational functions.
