Role Summary

  • Assume responsibility for executing construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, compliance, safety, and timeline standards.

  • Bring EV charging infrastructure to life from start to finish.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing diverse electrical installation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Background in electrical installation and maintenance, preferably within the EV industry.
  • Strong understanding of CDM 2015, RAMS, and site safety practices.
  • Must have relevant qualifications like BS7671 - 2018 Wiring Regs, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, etc.

The role As a Technical Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing EV charging infrastructure to life, ensuring every project is delivered with excellence, efficiency, and compliance from the ground up. Reporting to our Regional Field Manager, you'll take ownership of impactful construction projects that keep the UK moving toward a greener, smarter future. You will own technical end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, safety, and timely execution. Conduct pre-site surveys, collaborate with pre-construction and project management teams, oversee electrical and civil works, and ensure all technical work meets required standards.

Job requirements We think the role would be great for somebody who has proven experience of delivering a variety of electrical installation projects from initiation through to completion. Come from an electrical installation and maintenance background, with experience working within the EV industry. Strong knowledge of CDM 2015, RAMS, and site safety practices is essential. Must have qualifications include BS7671:2018 Wiring Regs, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent, C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent, and ECS Gold Card.
