Role Summary

Role Requirements

Senior Growth Account Manager
London Based
Hybrid role, office based for 3 days a week
A unique opportunity to join the YunoJuno sales team for an experienced Account Manager is now available. We are looking for someone who can grow a portfolio of client accounts through our land-and-expand strategy - using their stakeholder relationship skills to develop clients using the YunoJuno Freelance Management System and freelancer marketplace.

Role Responsibilities
During your day to day you will be laser focused on growing client relationships, proactively speaking with existing users and freelancers, in order to obtain new briefs, and unearth new stakeholders, with the aim at all times to develop clients relationships and grow your portfolio’s revenue month on month.
You will use a multichannel approach including in person meetings, phone calls, email and Linkedin to reach new users and stakeholders from your clients.
You will be responsible for onboarding and growing new clients into your portfolio and supporting the VP Sales and VP Contingent Labour Solutions to deliver unmatched client success during long sales cycles.
You will give visibility to the wider team by documenting your progress using our internal CRM system, as well as reporting on results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
You will work very closely with our internal talent team and compliance team to close your clients briefs and address compliance challenges.
You will have a true interest in learning how technology can change the way businesses work.
Knowledge and Experience
We are looking for an individual who has between 4-7 years worth of experience in client facing roles, has worked in a fast moving organisation, independently growing revenue month on month across a client portfolio.
You will preferably have experience working in the HR/Recruitment, staffing or HR/Talent tech space, and be able to demonstrate a commercial instinct and ability to hit and exceed targets.
Skills:
Ability to quickly understand and empathise with the pain points a potential customer is experiencing and articulate why YunoJuno is the right solution for them.
Capable of building and presenting business cases

The Sales team is a crucial part of the commercial division. Researching and identifying new potential customers who fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
The Sales team has a goal to not just sell, but to educate the addressable market to ensure both clients and freelancers can concentrate on working with one another and not get bogged down with the admin, compliance, contractual, financial issues that can keep everyone awake at night.
