Role Summary -

  • Contribute to the expansion of our Freelancer Management System and Marketplace.
  • Enhance commercial and operational performance in collaboration with leadership.
  • Drive operational strategic initiatives and support global expansion efforts.
  • Work with various teams to document processes and create training materials.
  • Engage cross-functionally to align company-wide support and knowledge sharing.

Role Requirements -

  • Prior experience in Consulting or a strategy-related role.
  • Ability to take initiative and independently manage multiple projects.
  • Skilled in analysis, presenting findings, and business insights.
  • Strong communication and influence skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and effective presentation creation.
  • Experience in building relationships and fluent in English.

The Role
The strategy & operations function is a dynamic team with exposure to the leadership
team to help find solutions to some of the most challenging and exciting problems.
The function of this team is predominantly to be deployed in project-based, with a
focus on high-impact business acceleration projects.


The Strategy & Operations Manager is key to support YJ in its growth and
expansion by executing on opportunities to improve (or radically change) our
operating model in a scalable and pragmatic fashion.

Your Missions...

  • Support our rapidly expanding Freelancer Management System and
    Marketplace solutions to help our clients and freelancers to work from
    anywhere
  • Drive commercial model & Operational excellence by working closely with
    leaders to analyse our commercial performance and identify opportunities for
    growth
  • Support with operational strategic initiatives and global expansion to achieve
    YunoJuno’s growth and operational objectives
  • Collaborate with other teams to help document processes, create training
    materials and share knowledge across the organisation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders and stakeholders from across the
    organisation including Product, Sales, Finance, Platform Success,
    Community, Operations and Marketing teams to support.

About you

  • Relevant experience in Consulting or a strategy-related function
  • Self- motivated and proactive, can take initiative and are comfortable
    scoping, driving and executing on multiple initiatives
  • Adept conducting 80/20 analysis, drawing out business insights and
    presenting finding and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others
  • Solid Excel and modelling skills
  • Effective PowerPoint or Google Presentation skills in terms of speed and
    quality of output
  • Experience building relationships and interacting with people
  • Fluency in English
