The role: As a Cattery Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership to a large and diverse team of staff and volunteers, ensuring high standards of customer service and animal welfare at all times. You will lead, motivate, and develop the Cattery team, so they can perform at their best and deliver a great customer service experience. You'll uphold excellent husbandry and welfare standards, oversee smooth and efficient service delivery, and create a supportive working environment. A key part of the role is managing our cat population effectively and responsibly. You'll ensure we use our limited capacity wisely, enabling us to help as many cats as possible while maintaining the highest welfare standards.

Job requirements: We are looking for people with the resilience and adaptability to handle all aspects of this role. It is important to note that the role does involve a lot of physical tasks which are required to provide the exceptional standards of care to our animals.
