Are you a digital marketer looking to make impact at a purpose-driven organisation? We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join the dynamic Group brand and marketing team at CAF.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, managing online channels, and optimizing our digital presence to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall organisation growth.

As our Senior Marketing Manager you will:

  • Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy in alignment with the company's marketing objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), performance marketing, user experience, and conversion optimisation
  • Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify emerging trends, user insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute innovative digital campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend strategic enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as audience, product, and brand to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivering results within set financial targets.
  • Implement and maintain marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and other marketing tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Who you’ll be

This role is for you if you have experience of working in a senior digital marketing roleor have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies, with a track record of driving successful campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, UX, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, marketing automation systems, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights and strategies.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
