We are seeking a Director, Mental Health Consulting ,to lead our corporate advisory work, including  growing the impact and scale of our signature mental health organisation wide diagnostic assessments.   Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until we find the ideal candidate.

·       Term: Open for discussion, for the right candidate 

·       Location: London, UK (hybrid, 3 days working from our central London office)

·       Compensation: Competitive, based on experience, including profit share based on business function growth.

We are a specialist team of mental health management consultants, providing solutions to our corporate clients at the forefront of understanding their mental health impact.  

Our work is guided by intelligence through our unique networks, experience and metrics to inform mentally healthy products, philanthropy, promotion, people & policies.

We specialise in providing:

1.     Business advisory for holistic mental health solutions 

2.     Philanthropic advisory for philanthropists with an interest in global mental health, including how mental health intersects with the Sustainable Development Goals 

3.     Implementation support for businesses, philanthropists and investors seeking to design and execute impact strategies and initiatives.

The Role

If you have had a career in management consulting to a senior level and are looking to have an impact on global mental health in the next phase of your career, we would love to hear from you.

In your role you will oversee the implementation and growth of one of our core services, our mental health impact diagnostic assessment.  

You will report to our Founder and CEO as a member of our Executive team.

This hybrid role will work across sales and business development, delivery and leading client consulting engagements, as well as operational management and proposition development. The role includes: 

·       Leading a portfolio of assignments and client projects (60%) 

·       Sales/business development: developing and growing existing accounts (and a strong business development pipeline) as well as new business 

·       Develop the consulting capability and expertise of our team

·       Support across all aspects of business leadership and revenue growth

·       Growing and contributing to the thought leadership of Prospira Global in driving innovative solutions and insights on private sector mental health action

·       Contributing to a positive office culture and collaborating with colleagues to foster a productive work environment

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

· Management consulting leadership experience: Experience as a management consultant with recent employment at Senior Manager or Director level with an established consulting firm

· Impact evaluation experience: related to ESG impact assessments and/or impact consulting 

· Broad executive skills experience: With established capability at CxO level, across strategy, operating model, business growth, and leadership development 

· Mental health expertise: Strong experience on working on a mental health related discipline (either product and/or workplace mental health)

· Business development: Proven experience in sales and growing client accounts as well as delivery and broader practice development

· Global experience: Strong experience with international projects and clients, including emerging markets

· Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment, with experience in thriving within a small entrepreneurial team and an entrepreneurial spirit

· Values Alignment: Alignment with the company culture, values, and a positive attitude toward contributing to the organisation's success

· Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, and a unique voice to contribute to the field of private sector mental health action

· UK right to work: The right to work in the UK
