🥖 The Role

As our newest Paid Media Lead at Beauhurst, you will play a pivotal role in steering the digital success of our innovative platform. Collaborating within the dynamic Marketing team, you'll bring in house our paid media activity across Google, Bing and Linked In and lead the charge in refining and optimising all paid media campaigns. Your responsibilities extend to innovating our data analysis, ensuring that insights gleaned contribute to the enhancement of our paid media strategies.

This role will involve:

🎯 Campaign Optimisation: Drive the refinement and optimization of paid media campaigns to maximise performance and ROI.

📊 Data Analysis: Embrace the power of data not only for paid media strategies but also to extract valuable insights from analytics tools, ensuring that every aspect of our digital media channels, including PPC, is informed and enhanced.

🔧 Execution Excellence: Take ownership of paid media campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring seamless implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

🚀 Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements, bringing innovative ideas to the table to keep our paid media initiatives at the forefront of the digital landscape.

📈 Performance Reporting: Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive insights not only on paid media performance but also on the overall digital media channels, contributing to ongoing refinement and success measurement.

💡 Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.

👉 About you 

We’re seeking someone with prior paid media experience who’s looking for a new challenge. Experience with HubSpot would be welcome but not essential as long as you have some experience in CRM based tracking.

To excel in this role you will be:

  • Analytical: you like working with data and can take meaning from the numbers
  • Strategically Creative: Beyond technical expertise, you possess a creative flair for designing engaging paid media campaigns. 
  • Effective Communicator: As a key player in our Marketing team, you are a confident communicator. You find it easy to build rapport not only within the team but also with cross-functionally and digital agencies.
  • Results-Driven Professional: Your mindset is results-oriented, with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.

Ideally, you also already enjoy keeping up with the latest news and developments in the business/investment space.
