Our people

We’re all sorts of people from different backgrounds, with all kinds of interests and passions and approaches to life. It's that diversity that makes us stronger as a business and makes MOJU greater than the sum of its parts.

We’re committed to hiring diversely. We encourage members of underrepresented groups to apply to this role. Once you’ve applied, we’ve developed a hiring process where candidates are judged on their unique talents and aptitude, not their identity. This includes how we rate all candidates against the same criteria.

And remember, just because you don’t tick all the boxes on the requirements for the role, we still want to hear from you if you think you can make a big impact with us.
