ABOUT THE ROLE
As Pledge’s Operations Manager you'll play a defining role in the continuity of the company. This highly cross-functional role supports our teams across Sales & Marketing, Finance and HR, working directly with the CEO, founding and leadership team to support the company's growth and business objectives. Expect to wear a lot of different hats!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Own and execute operational and strategic cross-functional projects spanning strategic planning, finance, investor relations, marketing and business development.
Collaborate with team members across the company to drive impact and help unblock complex challenges
Help support better business decisions by managing competing priorities while assessing new ones
Contribute to the coordination and implementation of key initiatives and performance across sales and marketing
Support with investor relations, including updates, financial analysis and preparing relevant ad-hoc collateral
Ad-hoc budget planning and monitoring of expenditure to ensure the company operates within its financial model
Manage and develop key vendor relationships across our sales, marketing, finance and HR functions
Identify areas of improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness across the company including OKR setting, internal communications and create internal controls to monitor and mitigate operational and business risk
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth startup, investment banking, consulting, private equity.
Experience working in a cross-functional team, ideally with exposure to B2B SaaS companies
Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to keep attention to details even while under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
A track record of being a top performer in your work or operating at a competitive level in other activities
