The role involves frequent travel to Southampton and Portsmouth to deliver our exciting programmes, including programme visits and short residential trips. You will provide pastoral support to young people, helping them apply their newly acquired skills towards progressing into education or employment. This role requires meticulous recording of information and data about our programme participants, volunteers, and partners to ensure alignment with our funding contracts and maximize impact.
Safety is a priority, and you will be responsible for safeguarding, health, and safety, and data protection. You will also empower our delivery partners and service providers through impactful partnership work. We aim to foster an inclusive workplace and would love for you to share this passion. Your role will also involve implementing a local action plan that aligns with our broader EDI goals.
