Our mission is to enable lodging businesses worldwide to flourish through technology. As we gear up for expansion in 2024, we're seeking a talented Brand Marketing Manager to elevate our presence in the vacation rental industry.

⭐ Role Overview

The Brand Marketing Manager at Lodgify will be the creative force behind our branding and marketing efforts. You will oversee and guide the visual and conceptual direction of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our mission and resonate with our diverse global audience.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

Leading a team of 6 members with vision and creativity, setting us apart through innovative and impactful branding and marketing strategies. Collaborating and influencing, building strong relationships across departments and with external partners will be key. Your ability to influence and integrate ideas will drive our brand's success. Directing and developing campaigns. You will work with other teams to develop branded campaigns across various media, ensuring they are engaging, on-brand, and effective in reaching our target audiences. Measuring success. You will analyze campaign performance against key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact. You will constantly be measuring the traffic, conversions and overall performance of your projects to make sure they are delivering results.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

5+ years of experience in brand marketing or creative direction (especially in tech or SaaS industries) will be vital, with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and branding initiatives. Excellent communication skills in English. Strategic and creative mindset. Problem-solving attitude and the organizational skills to hit deadlines and complete projects. Self-motivation to work independently and openness to feedback for continous improvement. Results-driven mindset to produce the best results and to be part of creating something great.
