Hi, we’re Bloom & Wild. We don’t just send flowers. We help our customers to care wildly. Caring wildly is celebrating the little things we all do for each other every day. Not just the big occasions. It’s being there for the highs. Stepping up for the lows.

Care has been at the heart of our business from the start. From the products we source, and the packaging we send them in, to the way we look after our colleagues, our customers, our planet, and the communities around us.

Founded in 2013, our mission back then was to make sending and receiving flowers the joy that it should be, by harnessing technology, brand and letterbox delivery. We announced £75 million Series D funding in 2021 and that same year acquired bloomon in The Netherlands and Bergamotte in France. Together, we’ve fulfilled and delivered over 20 million orders (and counting!), making us the largest direct to consumer flower business in Europe.

Now home to a family of 3 beautiful brands, we’re driven by our vision to create the destination for making life a little more thoughtful and beautiful. And we won't stop at flowers and plants. Starting with the Bloom & Wild brand, we're expanding our gifting offering to other categories like cakes, candles and cocktails. This is all part of our ambition to build Europe's #1 direct to consumer gifting destination.

🛠️ Range & Merchandising Team at Bloom & Wild

We're responsible for concepting, developing and launching our beautiful product ranges for all markets and platforms. What began as a range of just three bouquets of letterbox flowers, now spans an ever-evolving collection of both Letterbox and Hand Tied flowers, plants, addons, seasonal gifts and much more.

We care wildly about curating a thoughtful range of  gifts that our customers will be proud to send, and love to receive. We collaborate with many teams across the business to support our ideation and decision making; from gathering customer insight and research with BI, creative design with our Creative team, to unit economics with Finance, and execution with our Supply and Quality teams. We also work closely with our Tech & Product teams to ensure our ranges are attractive and easily shoppable on-site.

⚙️ What you'll be doing

Reporting to Lucy, our Senior Category Manager, you’ll focus on the delivery phase of our Product Development cycle.  Responsibilities will fall into 3 key areas:

Product Launches - ensuring all products for Bloom & Wild brand are launched onto the website in an accurate and timely manner:

Co-ordinate product assets (copy, imagery) with the Creative team, ensuring all are briefed in and on track to be fulfilled. Check all returned assets for accuracy and ensure they are customer ready.  Create SKUs in the backend system and upload all information  Complete a pre-launch checklist, confirming that all stock is where it should be, and all other dependencies are achieved before going live  Maintain onsite merchandising, including mapping navigation in the most customer-centric way

Stakeholder Communication - You’ll be ‘the go-to’ for any product information or updates, including at our key busy periods and you’ll keep all of our ‘self-serve’ documentation up to date:

Share all product details with our Fulfilment Centres to prepare for launch  Update the wider business on new launches, and any changes or delays Maintain range documentation for all markets, keeping product information and imagery up to date and accessible for stakeholders  Be ready to make changes according to seasonal updates or peak period requirements including merchandising changes to boost trading/reduce wastage You’ll be a subject matter champion for product launches, engaging in conversations across the business that develop and optimise our tools and ways of working

Reviewing & Reporting - Once products are live, you’ll ensure our site is optimised for customer experience:

Regularly review and scan the website for issues and react swiftly to resolve any raised by stakeholders Ensure images and products are converting in line with expectations. Where issues arise, you’ll investigate and offer resolutions and keep stakeholders up to date Gather feedback from other stakeholders, eg our Marketing and Customer Delight teams,  to understand how products are landing with customers, and factor any  learnings into future launches  Perform competitor research and present learnings and opportunities to the team. As the bridge between customers and our Range Team, you’ll collaborate with Tech & Product teams on improvements to processes and website experience

✅ You’ll love this role if you…

Have 1-2 years’ work experience, gained ideally in a fast-paced data driven environment You care about the detail - you’re methodical and precise and deliver to a consistently high standard Organised - you take a thoughtful approach to planning and prioritising your work Stakeholder management - you love to collaborate, and are at your best when working cross functionally with other teams Customer empathy - you put customers first, seek to understand what works for them and champion them in your decision making. Proactive - you take responsibility to get things done and are willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in yourself whenever needed  Driven - you are enthusiastic, passionate and keen to deliver results that impact the business Positive & optimistic attitude - you’re excited about problem solving with others in a fun and dynamic team

These are some of the skills and experience we think will enable success in this role, but please don’t worry if you are missing some of these. We’re committed to building a team made up of different strengths, skills and experiences, so if you’re excited about our values, passionate about what you do and would like to join us in doing things more thoughtfully, we’d love to hear from you.

🧭 Our ways of working

We do things a little bit differently. From inventing letterbox flowers to founding The Thoughtful Marketing Movement. We’re big on collaboration, empathy, knowledge sharing and growth, and our values drive our priorities every day:

Lead change for good: we have the guts to try new things and step up to do what matters most

Think deeply, act swiftly: we make sure there’s thoughtful rationale behind our approach and always act swiftly to implement ideas

Care wildly: we pour care and creativity into everything we do and pay attention to the things that make a difference

Stay open, be curious: we’re open about what we’re doing and why, and we welcome challenges from each other

We really believe in the power of face-to-face connections - be that through a shared project, a learning and development opportunity, or an after work social - and trust our teams to make the right decisions (for them and us) about where and how they work each day. Our working patterns are flexible and vary across the business, depending on the type of work, need for collaboration, and personal and wellbeing circumstances.
