The role: We are seeking two part-time Rehoming & Welfare Co-ordinators for our Brands Hatch location. The first position is for 16 hours per week focused on Dog Rehoming, and the second is for 28 hours per week covering both Dog Rehoming & Welfare. These roles involve delivering outstanding customer service to potential adopters and ensuring the best outcomes for the animals. Responsibilities include engaging with customers across various communication channels, conducting thorough suitability assessments, and matching dogs with potential owners. Additionally, the roles involve daily care, enrichment, and welfare tasks for the dogs, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and leading care groups.

Job requirements: Candidates should have resilience and adaptability to handle the physical and emotional demands of the role, which includes extensive interaction with animals and potential adopters.
