We're an ambitious team of over 100 people across the UK and not stopping there.We're growing fast and looking for our first Project Coordinators to join our team!

Project Coordinators will support our Project Managers with planning, administration & management of our client work streams.  Working centrally in our account teams to keep everything organised, running smoothly & most importantly on-time and in budget.   This is a great step into a future Project Manager career with the opportunity to work with some of the world's biggest brands.

✏️ What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting Project Management: You'll coordinate project management activities, from project planning and deadline mapping to managing resource requirements.  In general, supporting your Project Manager to lead us to successful delivery.
  • Diary Management: You'll manage the coordination of internal account team meetings including briefings, meeting room bookings, diary organisation & follow-ups in collaboration with the Client Services team
  • Freelancer Coordination:  You'll centrally handle the administration of our Croudie (freelancer) Network, including building relationships, communication, briefing workcreating and using task templates & seeing them through to successful delivery for clients.
  • Systems Management:  Supporting with administration and management of Projects in our agency-management software (Productive).  Ensuring everything is set up accurately, managed efficiently and reported on regularly.
  • Communications: you'll do what you say to develop and maintain solid internal stakeholder relationships.  Saying it simply with all communication to ensure every person in the team knows exactly what’s expected of them at all stages

  • Highly organised: social is fast, there’s a lot of content and a lot of deadlines so the ability to run a tight ship is a must
  • Operational experience: you've got experience in an operational role, perhaps as a personal assistant, an administrator or a coordinator in the creative industries 
  • Brilliantly personable: communication is the lifeblood of our business. You love working with people and have a natural ability to handle challenges with charm.
  • You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, how they market themselves and how they use social media to do this. You are naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential.
  • Pride in your work: we treat our client's brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You take real pride in what you deliver and always strive for perfection. 
  • Real drive and ambition: you are passionate and ambitious. You’re confident in your ability to adapt to the ever-changing world of social and a proactive self-starter with a mindset of growth and the drive to make it happen.
