About the role:
Are you a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual, with a strong commercial skillset and a passion for women's health? Unfabled is seeking a B2B Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our Unfabled B2B channel and employee benefits offering. As an early member of the team, you will be responsible for driving forward the B2B vision of our company and unlocking commercial growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual who is excited about making a meaningful impact in the femtech industry.
💪 We are looking for a B2B Partnerships Manager who will:
Close B2B enterprise deals independently with both large companies and SMEs, with the mission to offer easy and affordable health and wellness support to their female employees on a subsidised subscription basis Define our B2B offerings and proposition, and build the infrastructure of the B2B channel Work with Product/Data colleagues to refine Unfabled’s B2B data & insights proposition Evolve and grow our B2B go-to-market strategy Manage and grow our current partnerships management setup through innovative strategy and bigger picture planning Deliver on revenue targets and ensure a flawless experience for Partner companies✅ Your profile
Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development Results-driven and motivated by commercial targets Proven track record of identifying, developing, and managing successful partnerships Strong relationship-building and communication skills Expertise in partnership negotiation and contract management Early-stage startup experienceWhat's in it for you?
