CRM Manager

The role We're looking for an ambitious CRM specialist to scale CRM as a key growth channel for Honest. You'll own CRM end-to-end: shaping strategy, executing campaigns, and optimising the entire funnel. From creating demand and converting new customers, to turning them into fans, and driving upsells and renewals, you'll touch every part of the customer journey. You're data-obsessed, but know it's great copy and ideas that bring campaigns to life. You'll be a core member of the marketing team, reporting into the Head of Brand and Marketing, helping to shape our biggest campaigns yet, spot growth opportunities, and hit ambitious targets.

Job requirements Strong experience in CRM strategy and execution, with a proven track record of planning and implementing successful campaigns and complex customer journeys. Data-driven, skilled at turning numbers into meaningful insights and actions. Confident crafting copy that supports brand storytelling. A proactive self-starter who embraces working autonomously while keeping stakeholders bought in. Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Organised with strong attention to detail and relentlessly high standards. Bonus points if already in a subscription business and/or experienced in using Customer.IO, Make and Count.
