Role Summary:
- Clean all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces thoroughly
- Prepare units for guest turnovers and handle laundry

Role Requirements:

- Valid UK driver’s license and the capacity to drive a manual car

Kylesku Lodges, located on Scotland’s stunning NC500, is seeking a motivated Housekeeper to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. We operate 10 self-catering units, including pet-friendly options, and are part of the John Muir Trust. This role is a full-time, seasonal position from 15 March to 31 October 2026, requiring weekend work with lighter hours during the week. A roster will be provided in advance to manage your tasks effectively.
The role: As a Housekeeper, your main responsibilities will include thorough cleaning of all areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. You will prepare units for guest turnovers, handle laundry, and report any maintenance issues. Special attention is required for pet-friendly units to ensure they are spotless and free from any pet-related residue.
Job requirements: Candidates must have a keen attention to detail and uphold high cleaning standards. The ability to work efficiently both in a team and independently is crucial. A valid UK driver’s license and the ability to drive a manual car are essential, as you will be transporting linens and supplies between lodges.
Benefits: We offer strong Wi-Fi and private accommodation in a peaceful, remote setting. For those not requiring accommodation, 50% of your petrol/diesel cost will be covered at AA rate. Additionally, there is a 5% employer contribution to a group auto-enrolment pension scheme.
