Role Summary

  • Strong consultative abilities and thorough understanding of financial and compliance in fundraising.
  • Experience in team management.

The role: As an Operations Team Leader in our Income Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the systems and processes that support our fundraising efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operations related to income processing, supporter data management, and compliance are carried out efficiently, accurately, and to high standards. This includes managing and reconciling income flows, overseeing core operational processes, and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

Job requirements: We are looking for a candidate with supervisory and process improvement experience, who is capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong consultative skills and an understanding of financial and fundraising compliance are essential. Experience in managing or supervising teams is also required.
