Role Summary
- Assure high-quality orchestration of all operational and participant support for external programs, including our latest Accelerator offer.
- Coordinate people, processes, logistics and partner inputs across various delivery models.
- Ensures smooth running of programs, participant satisfaction, and accurate reporting.

The Role To ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of all operational and participant support aspects for external programmes, including our new Accelerator offer. This role is responsible for coordinating people, processes, logistics, and partner inputs across different delivery models (online and in-person) so that programmes run smoothly, participants are well-supported, and reporting is accurate. The Coordinator acts as the hub for collaboration, administration, and progress tracking—enabling Programme Leads to focus on strategy and outcomes. The role drives continuous improvement and adapts delivery in response to participant and partner feedback.
