Role Summary
- Develop and maintain Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) product
- Expand our offerings for schools.
- Work alongside our development team and report to the Tech Lead.
- Create scalable solutions to meet the needs of our users.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of backend development experience
- Strong background in AWS serverless architectures, DynamoDB, MySQL, and TypeScript.
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and working with AWS CDK for Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Knowledge of S3 and CloudFront for performance optimization.
- Experience with educational platforms or mission-driven digital products is a plus.

The role: We are looking for a motivated Senior Backend Engineer to join our product team in Copenhagen. This position involves working alongside our development team and reporting to the Tech Lead. You will play a crucial role in further developing and maintaining our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) product and evolving our offerings for schools. This role requires hands-on backend development to create scalable solutions that meet the needs of our target groups.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of backend development experience, with a strong background in AWS serverless architectures, DynamoDB, MySQL, and TypeScript. Experience in building RESTful APIs and working with AWS CDK for Infrastructure-as-Code is essential. Knowledge of S3 and CloudFront for performance optimization in distributed systems is also required. Prior experience with educational platforms or mission-driven digital products is a plus.
