Senior Consultant

The role: As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and manage advisory projects from inception to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients. You will provide strategic and operational support across various areas including business planning, financial sustainability, governance, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement. Additionally, you will assist in the development of new services and business opportunities, particularly in supporting our investment team to deliver investment readiness support across our fund portfolios.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have significant experience (typically 5+ years) in consultancy, strategic, or senior programme roles within the social and community enterprise sector, ideally related to sport and physical activity. You should possess strong project management skills, excellent communication and influencing abilities, and a deep understanding of community and social enterprise sectors. Experience in financial modelling, business planning, and understanding of legal and governance structures are desirable.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of £42,500 to £47,500 per annum, with a discretionary bonus of up to 30% of base pay, plus statutory pension contributions. The position is based in Leeds and includes hybrid working arrangements, 25 days of flexible holiday plus additional fixed days during Christmas, and English bank holidays.
