The role: As a Staff Coordinator, your responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment and administrative management of operational teams such as Event Managers, Guest Experience Managers, and Event Coordinators. You will handle the entire staff lifecycle from recruitment, selection, coordination, to administration and ongoing support. This involves managing interviews, candidate selection, onboarding processes, and ensuring that operational roles are properly contracted, scheduled, and aligned. Additionally, you will coordinate travel arrangements, manage staff documentation, and maintain accurate records.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate should have previous experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or operations coordination. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously are essential. Experience in managing documentation and financial coordination is a strong advantage.
