Willen Lake is Milton Keynes’ most popular park, offering a variety of activities both on and off the water for families and individuals alike. Managed by The Parks Trust, an independent charity, we oversee more than 6,000 acres of parkland and green spaces in Milton Keynes. Our mission is to maintain beautiful, diverse, and sustainable parks that will be cherished by the Milton Keynes community indefinitely.

The role: As a Treetop Extreme Instructor at Willen Lake, you will be integral to the operations of our high ropes course. Your responsibilities will include delivering safety briefings, ensuring all visitors are properly equipped, and managing the flow of participants on the course. Additionally, with further training, you will have the opportunity to lead sessions in target sports such as Archery and Axe Throwing. This position requires working on a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.

Job requirements: Ideal candidates should be comfortable working at heights and possess excellent safety awareness and communication skills. Experience in high ropes, climbing, or target sports is preferred, though not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. A successful candidate must undergo an enhanced DBS check.
