Role Summary
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and help shape the long-term financial strategy of the company.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure the company is financially sound and poised for growth.
Role Requirements
- Must have CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CFA qualification.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a professional or startup environment with at least 5 years of management experience.
- Knowledge and background in GAAP, including the presentation of GAAP-based financial reports such as IFRS.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in presenting opposing views.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in the use of Excel/Google Sheets and financial reporting software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, etc)

The role: We’re looking for a Vice President of Finance to join our leadership team and help shape the financial strategy of our company. As VP Finance, you will oversee everything from day-to-day financial operations to long-term financial strategy, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and that we are financially sound and positioned to grow. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
