Role Summary
- Take on a key role as a Watersports Assistant at our busy Boat Hire station.
- Support the instructor team in various sessions and optimise visitors' experience by ensuring their safety on water in adherence to our internal and national governing body protocols.
- After receiving adequate in-house training, there's a possibility of leading your own sessions.
Role Requirements
- Keen interest in watersports, flexible work approach, and readiness to acquire relevant qualifications.
- Prior experience in customer service-focused roles.
- Desirable qualifications: RYA Powerboat Level 2, First Aid Certification, Valid Driving License, and Safeguarding Certificate.
