Role Summary:

Role Requirements:

  • Efficient management of booking processes and training session logistics.
  • Expertly source coaches and schedule programmes tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze and format client feedback reports for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, coaches, and team members.
  • Participate in client briefings and prepare coaches for successful delivery.
  • Provide administrative support across various functions including office coordination and project management.

The Job

You’ll be organising and overseeing learning programmes for our portfolio of amazing clients. This is a fast-paced and creative environment where you will never be bored. You’ll take a deep dive into the world of MindGym and learn all about our disruptive form of behaviour change. Spoiler alert: it’s all based on science and the concept of bite-size learning.

As a Client Delivery Associate, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery process for our client programmes, from scheduling sessions, selecting and briefing coaches to collating and sharing programme insights back with clients. You’ll also partner closely with our internal teams to coordinate and develop bespoke client projects.

Thing's you'll be responsible for

  • Delivery of the end-to-end booking management process for training sessions, ensuring all delivery logistics are confirmed and in place ahead of each training session (including data entry)
  • Coach sourcing and creating programme schedules for clients
  • Downloading and formatting client feedback reports
  • Professional, informed and timely responses to all communications to clients, coaches and internal team members
  • Attending briefing calls with clients and formulating programme briefs to set our coaches up for impactful deliveries
  • Coordinating with our network of coaches for timely and informed feedback
  • Administrative support for office, project, logistics and team coordination
