We're an ambitious team of over 100 people across the UK and not stopping there.  We're growing fast and looking to hire our first in-house Editor & Videographer.

You'll be part of our Design & Studio department, working together to create inspiring and entertaining social-first video and visual content. We're looking for someone with experience in agency post-production who can help elevate what we create and make how we create it more efficient.  Most importantly, you live and breathe social and know how to create show-stopping social-first content.  

As a Creative team, we believe in adding real business value to our clients. Work that is tied closely to account strategy and often tasked with getting people to take action. We're a group of social media strategists and creatives with an arsenal of technical skills and abilities. A diverse, multi-skilled bunch, made up of creatives, copywriters, art directors, photographers, producers, animators and designers who work incredibly hard and always think social-first. ✏️ What you'll be doing:

  • 
    Editing & Content Creation: The editing and sometimes shooting of content that translates client’s objectives into effective, inspiring and entertaining social-first video/visual content that is delivered to deadlines and created with the aim of achieving measurable results for our clients, in-line with specific brand guidelines.

    Collaboration: Working closely with the Client Services, Creative, Social Media Management, Design and Production teams to formulate stylised shoots to deliver against client briefs that support the brand strategy and creative ideation

    Organisation & Maintenance: As part of the role you will be responsible for the organisation and maintenance of camera inventory and equipment as well as the storage and organisation of captured content and data into a manageable and referenceable formats

    Time-Management: Working with the producers and account teams on organising and scheduling of various video shoots and managing your allocated time effectively.
    
    
    

👀 Who we're looking for:

• 
  
• You're a talented, self-shooting Editor and Videographer with 2-4 years of experience (agency, in-house or freelance) and have experience filming both in a studio and on location
  
• You have a passion for storytelling and have the ability to craft a compelling and relevant narrative through a visual medium by playing a key role in footage selection and contributing your creative vision
  
• You're capable of taking a brief, and working through the production processs, from advising at pre-production stage, producing detailed shot-lists and work with Producers on shoot schedules and possible execution methods/camera techniques/lighting
  
• You have an excellent technical knowledge of using professional cameras and industry equipment for both shooting video for Hi-Fi video productions, as well as skill and experience in filming with Smart Devices/Phones to capture Lo-Fi content
  
  
  
• You are fluent in Premiere Pro and general video editing software, are confident in After Effects and are skilled at colour-grading
  
  
  
• You are experienced with agency post-production processes and are able to recommend new processes/advise on best-practice
