We're an ambitious team of over 100 people across the UK & US and not stopping there.  We're growing fast and so we're looking for our first Social Media Executives to join our team and support our social delivery.

In this role, you'll work with our Social Media Managers to execute and manage delivery of our social media strategies.  You'll be responsible for supporting our client's social presence with tasks like scheduling & publishing content, to managing a brand's social profile.  As well as playing a supporting role to our delivery, from community monitoring to reporting, creator work to copywriting.  

We're looking for someone who is fully immersed in the world of social, a self-confessed scroller who has their finger on the pulse of all the latest trends.  This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to take their career in social up to the next level in a dynamic agency.

✏️ What you'll be doing:



  • Scheduling and Publishing: You'll be responsible for ensuring all planned & native content is published on time and accurately - using the relevant tools (like Sprinklr)

  • Profile management: You'll take responsibility for ensuring everything on our client social profiles is maintained and updated accurately.

  • Campaign management: You'll support in the execution of campaigns. From Social Media led competitions and selecting winners, to uploading of Giphy stickers, and generating geo-tags to organising Paid & Brand partners from our Business Managers.

  • Community Monitoring: You'll monitor your client's communities for brand mentions using our relevant dashboards as well as monitoring native mentions in DMs, tagged content (UGC), and Story mentions. Responding and escalating to these where relevant as per the Community Management strategy for the brand.

  • Reporting: You'll contribute to our reporting by supporting Social Media Managers and Media Planners on data capture and collecting community sentiment in order to form meaningful insight and generate action.

  • Creators: You'll support creator work by escalating key creators to watch that are engaging with the brand, as well as helping with creator identification for creator specific campaigns.

  • Output: You'll contribute to ideation in team brainstorms, and supporting execution through assistance on shoots, support on copywriting and community management.
