The Dragon Trip is recruiting an ambitious Regional Specialist for South Korea to join our friendly team around the world. We’re seeking someone who has a strong attention to detail, is organized, works efficiently and is highly passionate about exploring the world through travel!

As a member of our rapidly growing team, you’ll add your talents to ensure our exceptional range of trips run smoothly and fulfill our mission of expanding minds through transformative travel experiences.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Operations: Working as part of a regional team in operating our tours in South Korea.
  • Coordination: Oversee a team of Adventure Leaders on the ground, providing training and support where required.
  • International Communication: Communicate with colleagues in Ho Chi Minh City and our London sales office to receive full information about our groups and their requirements.
  • Prepare: Oversee the preparation of audits, safety forms and other key information for our team and our adventure leaders and communicate this to them.
  • Develop: Assist in the creation and improvement of future tour itineraries.
  • Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment of Adventure Leaders for our tours.

Competencies:

  • Language: Advanced level of written and spoken English, and native or fluent Korean.
  • Attention to detail: A careful, organised approach to work is essential for this role.
  • Technical: Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Hunger to learn: A passion to improve yourself.

Experience:

  • At least two-three years of experience in the tourism industry.
  • A proven love of travel!

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • The ability to work in Korea (Visas cannot be sponsored)
