Role Summary
- Engage with mid-market companies to drive new business for our FMS.
- Own the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Navigate contract negotiations and facilitate smooth service transitions.

Role Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Account Executive experience.
- Self-driven with a focus on generating and converting pipelines.
- Understanding of mid-size company procurement processes.
- Curious mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
- Experience in selling HRTech to relevant personas is desirable.

About the role:
YunoJuno is actively seeking a Senior Account Executive to become a valuable addition to our New Business Sales Team. This position will primarily involve the responsibility of driving and finalising new business deals for our Freelancer Management System. In your daily routine, you will:
- Interact and engage with Mid-Market sized companies (500-5000 employees).
- Assume responsibility for the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation through to negotiation and deal closure.
- Oversee opportunities with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of £500K or more.
- Cooperate with our marketing department to formulate distinctive demand generation campaigns.
- Perform comprehensive assessments of potential client needs.
- Craft persuasive bid proposal materials/documentation.
- Guide the contractual aspects of the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with the implementation team to guarantee a smooth transition to service delivery.
- Engage with various personas, which may include HR, Procurement, Finance and Legal professionals, among others.
Requirements:
YunoJuno is looking for individuals with at least 5 years AE experience.

- Heavy focus on generation of your own pipeline, while also coverting marketing generating pipeline.

- Familiarity with mid-size company procurement processes.
- A willingness to ask questions and a hunger to learn more about the industry.
- A background in selling HRTech to HR, Finance, Compliance, Procurement personas is desirable
