Role Summary
- Conduct a minimum of 10 pre-booked sales calls daily with parents.
- Engage in follow-up communications via email and phone.
- Create and negotiate bespoke educational packages.
- Drive the expansion of our GCSE product range.
- Develop strategies to enhance team performance.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the company culture.

Today thousands of students and hundreds of schools use the platform. We’re experiencing more demand than ever and looking for a junior member of the team to hit the phones.
What we’re looking for
This is an entry-level role. Candidates don't need prior sales experience. We're seeking someone who is confident at presenting, hard-working and has a drive to learn. A new hire can expect to take at least 10 pre-booked sales calls with parents a day. University students on a placement year and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Running sales calls with parents
- Following-up on conversations over email and on the phone
- Producing quotes and negotiating bespoke packages for parents
- Leading on our GCSE expansion selling to parents
- Producing ideas on how to improve existing habits within the team
- Attending internal meetings and contributing to Up Learn’s company culture
Training & Progression
We’ll provide all the training that you’ll need to succeed in the role. You’ll join a high-performing and ambitious team. Opportunities to grow and progress will be baked into the role.
