Role Summary:

🥖 The role

We’re a market leading tech company that provides data on the fastest growing companies in the UK. (think Monzo and Babylon!) Our Sales team helps potential clients see the value of our platform and works alongside our Marketing & Account Management teams to bring in the cash. 

We’re looking for a brand new senior sales person to bring onboard more high-profile clients and play a pivotal role in developing our junior sales team and its long term strategy.

Once your an expert on our platform, your day to day responsibilities will include: 

📎  Managing the sales pipeline: planning & delivering a strategic & successful sales pipeline from start to finish

🖥️ Running demos: Managing online demos with potential clients, and making it highly personalised for each client use case

🗃️ Contributing to team strategy: working closely with senior team members to develop team strategy (i.e. how we price our product, who we sell to and when) 

👨‍👦‍👦 Mentoring junior team members: assisting with ongoing training & development of junior team members, with potential to move into line management depending on the individual

🫵 About you

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years in B2B Sales (but we’d love to hear from you if you have much more!). We’d also love to see some your proven track record of smashing your KPIs and some SaaS experience (the more you have the better!) 

Ideally, you’ll be: 

  • Proactive/ambitious: you love suggesting ways to do things better & are driven by your targets and your own personal growth!
  • A natural people-person: a great listener, emotionally intelligent, and great at getting to know all different personalities
  • Quick thinker: you pick things up fast, and you’re able to remain calm under pressure 
  • Resilient: you’re able to bounce back after a set-back and proactively learn from your mistakes
