Role Highlights

JOB ROLE: Client Services Manager

HOURS: Mon to Fri 8:30 – 5:30

SALARY: RANGE £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

LOCATION: Hybrid Role

HQ in Chichester (PO20 7PL)

Satellite office London

What Will You Be Doing

Support the Client Lead to develop and deliver account plans for existing key clients

Nurture client relationships beyond a project, to become an indispensable and trusted partner to your clients.

Collaborative team player - Leading on response to client briefs and opportunities, liaising with all required Collaborate departments to deliver

Organic growth – identify new opportunities, and provide solutions to benefit your clients goals and ambitions

Results-orientated, ensuring client KPIs are identified and achieved, whilst managing business KPI’ and project commercials

Multi-tasking – management of multiple clients, stakeholders, colleagues and partners, ensuring clear communication and hyper-serving on delivery

Own all communications with our client, ensuring that each project has a clear pathway and can be delivered by the wider teams.

Skills, Experience & Attributes Required

Sales orientated and charismatic.

Knowledge and experience in the Events industry, and a digital offering preferable.

Creative solution-based thinking.

Excellent reporting skills, a keen eye for detail.

A high level of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

An excellent communicator with the flair to engage all types of contacts with a strong commercial acumen.

Working knowledge of a CRM package e.g. HubSpot preferable.

Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

A Day In Your Role, at your preferred Hub location

8:30 arrive at the office

8:35 a round of oat milk latte’s are being made upstairs in the kitchen

8:35-8:45 sort out some music bangers on the playlist to energise our day!

8:45 – 9:00 crucial conversations and debates, such as which part of a sandwich do you eat first?!

9:00 – 9:30 Set for day, including prep for days meetings

9:30 -10:30 Meeting with a client about an upcoming project

10:30-11:30 Working with the studio on debrief presentation from a job that finished last week

11:30-12:00 Check-up with the team in the office about any movements and admin bits

12:00-13:00 take one of the office dogs out for a walk around the local fields on your lunch, followed up with a catch-up with some of the team

13:00 – 15:00 Working on commercial dashboards and presentations for an upcoming internal meeting

15:00-16:00 Interdepartmental meeting, to kick off a response to client brief

16:00 – 17:00 Work with the marketing team to draw up plans for the next quarter's client entertainment plans

17:00-17:30 Check emails, close off all tasks including update of CRM and book a hotel for a business trip that you are heading on in a few week
