What you’ll need 

• Brilliant business partnering and influencing expertise that may come from a HR Business Partner, People Proposition or People Experience role - or alike. 
• Passion in coaching and guiding leaders to put their people at the heart of everything we do.  
• Brilliant project and change management skills, able to balance competing priorities and anticipate challenges.   
• Curiosity about the bigger picture. Instinctively collaborates, loves to joins the dots, integrating work across the teams.  
• Passion for spanning from strategic to tactical, getting ready to roll sleeves up and be hands on to get things done. 
• Design thinking, innovation & agile methodologies to support project and product definition and ideation would be a bonus.  

The extra details 

Role type: 12-month maternity cover contract 
Location: Flexible between our London hub & your home space.
