The opportunity
We are looking for an excellent Account/Partner Manager to build relationships with the care home and retirement living sector, and to predominantly focus on driving further business with our existing clients. There will also be an element of new business development involved as it’s a small team and we value people who can be flexible and pick up different tasks.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the client’s expectations regarding deliverables; pre-empt and resolve issues proactively and early.
- Ensure partners are happy and retained on Lottie at all times.
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Manage a smooth onboarding process for new partners.
- Analyse data to maximise our partners performance on Lottie.
- Build relationships with new partners, getting Lottie involved in community led activities.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver on new projects.
- Sign-up new care home partners for Lottie in line with business objectives.

- Strong experience retaining and upselling on accounts.
- Effective relationship-building and communication skills whether face to face, through phone or email.
- Experience with new business development.
- Strong commercial acumen and comfortable understanding and using data.
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal partners.
