Director of Operations

The Role

This role will be ultimately accountable for the performance of several operational teams which sit across both our London and Cardiff offices. This role will be tasked with improving the customer experience while streamlining our processes. Necessarily, you’ll need to analyse data to determine the efficacy of certain operations and to make commercially-minded decisions on how to drive long-term company value. Additionally, you’ll be required to step back and redesign cross-departmental processes. The scope of the role can vary to fit the right candidate and it will report directly to the COO.

• You have proven experience of identifying areas for operational improvement through data-driven insights
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• You are ambitious and results-oriented, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding goals.
• Hands-on experience, showcasing a willingness to roll up sleeves and actively contribute to day-to-day operations.
• Proven track record of successfully working in fast-paced startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to thrive in dynamic and rapidly changing conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively approach challenges, providing innovative solutions that contribute to the growth and success of a startup/scaleup
