Medical and Scientific credibility is the foundation. It’s the core of who and what Flo is.
As a group, these teams engage thought leaders and KOLs (120+ and counting!), establish research partnerships (Stanford University, Johns Hopkins University, Northwestern University, and others), help Developers design our intuitive AI tools, check our Medical Accuracy, and drive medical credibility across the whole platform.
This role’s all about leading special projects focused on partnerships which could expand Flo’s reach and revenue potential, helping us to become the essential female health partner worldwide.
Working with a current Medical Affairs Partnership team of 5 and with the support of wider internal and vendor teams, you’ll be orchestrating experimental projects and implementing new revenue stream tests across Flo.
As part of this new venture, external partners will be key, so you’ll need to be comfortable in developing successful and mutually beneficial relationships with multiple organisation types and individuals, all with the aim of broadening Flo’s offering to new and exciting areas.
Your Experience
Must have:
- Strong experience with relationship, partnership or client management (usually 5+ years);
- Experience in creating novel business development strategies for new revenue generation;
- Strong understanding of growth hacking methods, with the ability to design experiments and analysis to test market fit and potential revenue impact of new initiatives;
- Demonstrable experience in pitching new ideas, projects or work, and managing relationships and meetings with new and prospective clients;
- Background working in a fast-paced environment and/or multitasking multiple projects/clients;
- Experience with creating plans to reach objectives, including timelines and budgets;
- Experience in managing projects from idea to results across multiple departments or teams;
- International exposure, ideally working with client US companies or organizations;
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience preparing and presenting business cases, including profit and loss calculations and risk estimations;
- Experience auditing and optimizing internal processes;
- Experience working with software teams;
- Background working in a HealthTech environment;
- Strong skills using Jira, Confluence, Miro, CRMs and other project management IT systems.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Looking for new medical and health partners whilst also developing and maintaining relationships with the old ones.
- Evaluating opportunities with partners and other revenue stream options within Flo - determining if they are suitable, if they have a good return on investment and fit with Flo’s values.
- Determining the metrics and experiments required to evaluate opportunities, with support from other teams, the Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer.
- Leading the projects of evaluating potential revenue streams or partnership based additions to Flo across multiple teams and streams,including developing timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Coordinating the analysis of experiments and driving relevant insight generation to support decision making on projects.
- Support preparation and presentation of business cases for C-level and board consideration.
- Auditing current internal processes, people and technology in Medical to provide recommendations and insights for improvement.
- Coach teams and leadership to analyze processes and implement changes.
You'll be targeted on:
- Generate business cases for each of the new potential revenue and partnership opportunities (at least two per year).
- Plan and execute experiments or research for each of the required metrics for the business cases.
Salary Range:
Lithuania - €5500 – €6252 gross per month.
Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
