Role Requirements

  • Qualified professional from a recognized accounting body with ≥2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Background in finance areas such as financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
  • A deep commitment to climate and environmental issues

The role: As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will report to the Finance Director and play a critical role in enhancing our financial operations and supporting our rapid growth. Your responsibilities will include partnering with various departments to improve financial literacy and accountability, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, managing monthly accounts, and leading financial analysis for strategic decisions. You will also oversee external bookkeeping relationships and drive finance process improvements and system implementations.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional from a recognized accounting body with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up, particularly in B2B SaaS, is preferable. You should have a strong background in finance with skills in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. A deep commitment to climate and environmental issues is also important.
