The Role: As a Youth Development Lead, you will work closely with our Outreach, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure young people are effectively onboarded and engaged in our programs. Your responsibilities will include identifying and overcoming barriers to success for the youth, providing one-on-one support, and coordinating with employers and partners like job centers to facilitate their progress. You will also deliver employability sessions and support our delivery partners and volunteers in doing the same, both in-person and virtually.

Job Requirements: Candidates should be ready to travel for in-person program delivery and possess strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records. A commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) is crucial, as you will be expected to implement local action plans that align with our broader EDI goals.
