Role Summary
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing ones, focusing on top target accounts.
- Manage full, complex sales cycles and present to C-level executives.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders in the Voluntary Carbon Market.
- Work closely with BDRs and Marketing to refine our go-to-market strategy.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience at the Mid-Market/Enterprise level, ClimaTech sales is a plus.
- Proven track record of top 5% performance against sales quotas.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Dynamic and positive communication style, with keen analytic and listening abilities.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic office setting.
- Inclusive and collaborative mindset, with no task considered outside your responsibilities.
Salary Range
- Basic salary of $100,000 - $135,000 plus up to 100% commission.
- Additional Equity and Package inclusions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Growing net new and existing customer revenue, selling into our top target accounts
Owning the complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of our product’s outcomes, using a consultative approach
Becoming a trusted advisor to the C-suite in the Voluntary Carbon Market
Collaborating with BDR’s and Marketing to optimize our go-to-market strategy
Who You Are:
You have 6+ years of B2B sales experience at the MM/Enterprise level; ClimaTech is a big bonus
You’re in the top 5% in terms of performance against quota and have the track record to back it up
You’re a tenacious hunter who strives for excellence in Demand Generation and Pipeline Velocity
You love to write and are great at communicating complex messages in simple ways
You’re an accomplished project manager and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
You have strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach
You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, in-office environment

Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 basic salary + Up to 100% Commission + Equity + Package
