The role: As a Lead Customer Success Manager based in North America, you will be responsible for managing strategic enterprise relationships. This role involves direct engagement with customers, ensuring the delivery of client value, managing customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, and acting as a product ambassador. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. This position reports directly to our COO in London and does not currently include managerial responsibilities.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial roles within North America, engaging directly with large enterprises. Experience in carbon markets or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area is highly desirable. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable in dynamic environments and has experience in early-stage startups. The ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and coordinate strategic initiatives is crucial.
