The role
We are building our marketing team, and are looking for a marketing coordinator to join the team to support us with the planning and execution of marketing, branding and advertising strategies. You’ll also actively support on campaign execution, and developing marketing collateral by creating and editing a wide range of marketing materials from sales decks to blogs and social posts. What you will be doing
- Creating and posting blog posts and articles on the company’s website and social media pages
- Supporting in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters and sales collateral
- Liaising with printers and designers for printed materials and swag
- Researching, creating and maintaining a working list of external industry sponsorship opportunities, events and contacts
- Create and maintain an event and webinar calendar that is aligned to the overall marketing strategy
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align the content calendar to the overall marketing strategy
- Coordinate with the marketing team to provide email, landing page and paid social messaging for distribution in campaigns/events/webinars
- Coordination of webinars and events from initial research through to set up and on-site management
- Liaise with stakeholders to book local and or international travel to and from events
- Coordinate with event venues to provide proposals for hosted event options
- Support Senior Campaign Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager with coordinating speaker panels and influencers for events and webinars
- Maintain database, primed for campaign coordination
- Coordinate with our marketing team and designer to ensure assets for campaigns, events and webinars are designed in different formats to support distribution of key messages across multiple channels and mediums
- Identifying opportunities to partner with industry leaders and influencers

Requirements
What we need from you:
- Demonstrable experience in coordinating campaigns, webinars and events
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders
- Enjoy working as part of a team but be able to work remotely
- Aptitude for organisation and data cleanliness
- Right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we are not able to sponsor visas for this role)
Bonus points for the following (but don't worry, these are NOT essential)
- Exposure to legal practice, law firms or lawyers (for example, through an internship) or legaltech
- Experience with data management (Hubspot and Salesforce)
