The Role: As an Evaluation and Impact Specialist, you will lead the evaluation of specific programs, collaborating with colleagues to learn what is effective and what needs enhancement. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing evaluations using both qualitative and quantitative research methods, building surveys, and collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting data.

Job Requirements: We are looking for candidates with in-depth knowledge and experience in evaluation techniques and research methods. You should have experience in designing and implementing program or policy evaluations, and be skilled in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
