As a Programme Talent Officer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and supporting exceptional talent to join our programmes. You will manage a portfolio that includes universities, recent graduates, young professionals, or career changers, and will be responsible for achieving target volumes of hires. Your responsibilities will include delivering an outstanding candidate experience, focusing on innovative sourcing strategies and effective post-offer engagement. You will enjoy the flexibility of working at events and other settings that best suit your productivity.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and providing the best possible experience to candidates. The ideal candidate will have a track record of meeting ambitious targets, the ability to maintain motivation and reach goals consistently, and experience in building and maintaining relationships with various internal and external stakeholders. Strong planning, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively are essential. You should also be resilient in the face of challenges and adept at making decisions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to different audiences are crucial.

Teach First offers a competitive salary package of £31,510.25, with an additional £3,000 London Weighting Allowance for those based in London.
