The Candidate Consultant will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging healthcare professionals. This role involves cultivating strong candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, and managing candidate placements to meet our clients' staffing requirements. As part of this role you will leverage technology to enhance communication, streamline processes, and ensure candidates are satisfied and engaged throughout their experience with Florence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with candidates, understanding their goals, preferences, and aspirations.
- Effectively communicate job opportunities, benefits, and booking prospects to candidates.
Matching and placement:
- Collaborate with the Client team to understand client staffing needs and requirements.
- Match suitable candidates to job opportunities, ensuring a strong alignment with client expectations and candidate skills.
Onboarding and support:
- Guide your pipeline candidates through the onboarding process, including support for the necessary compliance requirements.
- Provide ongoing support to candidates, addressing concerns, and facilitating professional development opportunities
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on candidate performance and placement metrics.
- Provide regular updates to the leadership team on candidate availability and trends in the NHS market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in candidate or customer consultant within the healthcare or staffing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, including revenue, workers, shifts booked.
- Results driven
- Experienced working in fast pace environment
- Familiarity with technology-driven solutions for enhancing customer experiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.
