Role Summary
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable office environment.

The Role
The Maintenance Specialist - HVAC at Kitt is a key player in ensuring the comfort and functionality of our office spaces across London. This role requires expertise in HVAC systems and a broad skill set in various aspects of building maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will offer strong technical skills, a commitment to quality service, and a proactive approach to both specialised and general maintenance tasks.
You will be:
- Maintaining and repairing air conditioning and heating systems and components
- Conducting regular inspections and scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal system and facility performance
- Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of building maintenance issues, including basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety and building regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client needs and inquiries
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance work, installations, repairs, and inspections
- Collaborating with the facilities team to ensure cohesive operations and high-quality service delivery
- Advising on system upgrades, replacements, and general facility improvements
- Performing emergency repairs as needed, demonstrating flexibility and urgency in response to client needs
About you
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and a wide range of general maintenance tasks
- City and Guilds 6188 heating and ventilation level 3 or equivalent required
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of quickly diagnosing and fixing various maintenance issues
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with safety standards and building regulations, especially within the context of London’s office spaces
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with clients
- Relevant technical education in HVAC systems, with additional training or experience in general building maintenance
- Proven experience in both HVAC maintenance and a variety of repair tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking full responsibility for assigned duties
