Role Summary

  • Enhance the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, optimizing support domain functions.

Role Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, particularly the Service Cloud, with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and implementation.
  • Ability to convert technical requirements into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive approach to platform enhancements and user education.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications, including Administrator and Advanced Administrator.
  • Desirable: Additional Salesforce certifications and knowledge of integrated applications.

We are on a mission to make every kid smart with money and to delight our community of 2 million parents, kids, and teens with innovative, market-leading tools to help parents raise financially healthy kids.

GoHenry offers a debit card and app for kids and teens and companion apps for the family, with in-app tools for sending money, automating allowance, managing chores, setting savings goals, giving to charity, and in-app financial education lessons where kids can watch videos, take quizzes and earn points & badges. This is all designed to help kids and teens build good money habits that will last a lifetime.

The role of the Salesforce Solutions Architect requires work across the Salesforce Service Cloud product to deliver continuous improvement, optimisation and development of the Support Domain. A major element of this role is also to support the wider business and ensure the Salesforce roadmap is aligned to the company goals.

Requirements

  • Deliver hands on configuration, implementation and support for all Salesforce projects on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, and connected 3rd party apps, to improve Salesforce capabilities and user experience. 
  • Management of JIRA ticket system to provide day to day user support on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and end users to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining business requirements.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption, identify and gather requirements to improve customer and user experiences.
  • Security reviews, sandbox environment management, release updates and health checks.  Upkeep of any technical documentation and user guides.
  • Monitoring of data flows in and out of Salesforce. Backup and Archive administration. Storage, platform usage and license monitoring.
  • Working with colleagues and the wider Operations Team to ensure the Salesforce Platform supports technical and strategic elements to achieve defined objectives.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong Salesforce  product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience of Service Cloud.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Lightning Flows, Object / field management, page layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, Einstein BOT’s, Omnichannel, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Has a proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Ability to liaise and educate stakeholders at all levels and be available and responsive to questions
  • Portfolio of Salesforce Trailhead and Super Badges
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Platform App builder

Desirable

  • Additional Salesforce certifications : Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst
  • Knowledge of contact center operations
  • Knowledge of integrated applications (Telephony applications (Vonage), Integration layers (Jitterbit, Apache Airflow) Customer Surveys/QA (In-gage)
