Are you a Marketing and Communications Manager who wants to grow and develop whilst having a positive impact on the world? Ideally based near one of our hubs in Bristol, Frome or London and reporting to our Communications Director, you will be responsible for delivering our marketing and communications strategy. We are able to offer this role on a full-time or part-time basis.

We are a B-Corp looking for an enthusiastic storyteller and marketeer who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering marketing and communications, from developing the strategy to implementing the plans. Key tasks your role will involve

  • Co-create the marketing and communications strategy and deliver the plans
  • Create compelling content, then track and analyse its performance
  • Measure and report across website and social channels including monthly updates and quarterly reports
  • Engage with in-country teams in Europe, Asia, and Africa to draw out stories and insights
  • Work with external partners to deliver communications projects on time and in budgets
  • Research and identify emerging topics of interest, events, publications and speaking opportunities
  • Deliver internal training and skills development in communications and marketing
  • Support the Sector Directors, Managing Consultants and Senior Consultants in their communications needs
  • Business development - deliver webinars and client events, support the delivery of our external reporting and design and deliver high impact proposals and case studies

Key skills and experiences

  • Knowledge of emerging practices and trends in digital communications and advances in social media
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with an ability to communicate in a clear and simple manner
  • Passionate storyteller and content creator, able to turn complex subjects into simple content
  • An interest in twentyfifty and our work and a desire to help us and our clients to communicate with impact
  • Able to work independently whilst maintaining strong relationships with the team and around the business
  • Excellent project management, organisation, and time management skills
  • Copy editing and proofreading experience to a high level in English (other languages of interest include German and French)
  • Proven experience of email automation platforms from design to send i.e., newsletters / emails, invitations to webinars
  • Experience of managing a website and content management system (ideally WordPress)
  • Experience of design programmes such as Photoshop
  • Degree or equivalent in a related field (Communications, Marketing, Journalism)
